Terms of Service

UPDATED 24th March 2023My strengths lie in humanoid characters, be it fantasy races, anthropomorphic beings or actual humans. I enjoy drawing fantasy & cutesy things but I am very versatile on themes.I do draw portraits of real people or pets. Fanart commissions of fictional characters are ok.Kemono, human, or anthro characters can also be drawn in NSFW situations, but specific kinks are up to my consideration. Refer to more detailed ToS.Commissioners must be 18 or over to commission me. By commissioning me you agree to being over 18, I will not ask you for ID.

Purchasing art from me grants you the right for personal use of the piece, ie. as an icon, background, etc.
You may crop the piece for use in galleries or in the aforementioned ways.
Any personal commissions should not be sold physically.
Distribution in your social medias should be with credit, but not mandatory.
I keep rights to also post commissions online unless otherwise agreed.
I reserve a five week turnover time unless a deadline is specified.
A sketch is provided for approval, but major changes after it is approved will cost extra.
Once the final product is received, a full refund is not permitted.
You can not sell a custom character/adoptable made by me for more than what you paid for, unless it has extra artwork from either me or other artists.
I have the right to decline a commission that does not suit me or terminate the commission with a full refund if I feel the communication is extremely rude or uncomfortable.
